BE-4584 N. sibuyanensis x ampullaria – best selected clone
As with all primary hybrids involving N. ampullaria, the N. ampullaria form is dominant. However, we are already seeing pitchers form that are far larger than N. ampullaria ever achieves. The pitchers also have the hard waxy texture which is a characteristic feature of N. sibuyanensis.
This is a single clone selected from many for its exceptional vigour. Being of highland-lowland origin, it’s tolerant of a wide range of temperatures.
History: First introduced in May 2023.
Origin: Horticultural, bred by Borneo Exotics.
